Borage Oil is also a good substitute for the Evening Primrose oil - both helped me throught menopause.
I don't care for the taste of Coconut oil but do use it on my face and skin sometimes. Stevia is great - Truvia is now available in the grocery store - how times change. About 8-9 years ago the Feds confiscated and destroyed an entire warehouse of stevia! I'm not vegan and probably eat lots of stuff you wouldn't consider but have managed to stay healthy all these years.

Read this informative article and thought you women would be interested in natural alternatives for breast health and fibrocystic breast problems. I used many of these for years. But did not realize that my low thyroid might have been part of the problem. http://www.womentowomen.com/breasthealth/fibrocysticbreasts-hormones.aspx?

Sue I can see now why you have always looked so young and healthy. I share you passion for natural health alternatives. I, like you, have been into wholistic forever! Thanks for reminding me that we are supposed to share what we believe in. It's the reason I share Vemma with my friends. Simple, easy ways to ensure complete nutrition requirements in wonderful 2 oz a day. So affordable too, just $2 a day. I'd love to hear your opinion of the formula. details at www.UareWorthit.com
Thanks Nancy

Hello Ladies, Thanks for reminding me that I joined this group. Holistic/Natural health has long been a passion of mine. My husband and I developed a natural health database some years ago, cross-referencing health conditions with supplements, herbs and homeopathics. Other than needing some qualified doctors for broken bones, I have been healthy and need no medication at 67 years. So let's all share our health concerns and discover what natural remedies can do for us.

Thanks for taking the initiative to start a group. I am very much into natural health. Sometimes we have to think a little outside the box, but natural solutions gave me my life back. I am so thankful someone took the time to share with me!
