Hello Ladies,
In California we are enjoying a beautiful sunny Wednesday, I hope you are all having equally weather friendly days! :D
There are a couple of Groups I wanted to bring to your attention, these groups have spurred some great interaction and creativity so I encourage you check them out if you haven’t already
READ, WRITE, EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN
http://getsmartwomen.ning.com/group/RWEB
This month we are reading The Girl’s Guide to Building a Million-Dollar Business and though the book itself is incredible what is happening because of the book is even better. From Friday’s call members are creating vision/goal boards, interacting and supporting one another, and building up that all import business building network.
From the group Nancy Susteric has started a Vision board group
http://getsmartwomen.ning.com/group/visionboardforyourpc vision boards are a great way to focus your intent. The group highlights a program that is widely used but if you do not want to use the software showcased in the group there are other methods you can use, check out
http://getsmartwomen.ning.com/profiles/blogs/how-to-create-a-vision... and Donna Chaffin’s vision board made from using openoffice.org. In either case I would join this group, to get some ideas, share your boards, and support one another’s efforts.
SASSY SOCIALITES

This group has 5 members right now, and the ladies that are in it are rock stars! The group has not only been great for traffic and community building but it has also turned into a great place to share networking tips, tricks, and objectives. I urge you to check it out if you are trying to increase exposure to a blog or website.
I started this group as a way for us to help one another syndicate and share content throughout the web, we are all on other networks and part of connecting in this big online world is to do so on multiple sites. It would be nice if the “If you build it they will come” premise worked on the internet but unfortunately you must get yourself noticed before “they” will visit. One way to do that is through the use of social networking sites. The way the group works is that you post a link to a blog post or article that you would like shared on some of the other networks, i.e. Digg, Reddit, Stumble Upon, Twitter, Facebook, Mixx, Propeller, Buzz, etc. you must have an account on the site you want it shared on so you can reciprocate by voting and/or sharing for the other group members.
One a side note, you do not HAVE to do this every day, some of us just happen to be on these sites every day. It is actually better if you do not share the same sites every day. I mix up where I support a website’s content, but that is a bit on the intermediate side so we will discuss that more later. You do not HAVE to vote for, thumb up, review, digg, or stumble someone’s link but if you would like reciprocation it is a good idea to. If you find that someone is not helping your submissions just stop helping there’s, enough said. I find that when I am involved in groups like these I actually get a chance to check out some material I might not have otherwise seen and I end up enjoying the sites I am supporting. I have also learned more about social networking through collaborations like this one then I ever could have in a book.
Thank you for your time today, make it your best day!
